Your rights
A personal data subject may exercise the rights provided by the LGPD, including confirmation that processing exists, access to data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, information about sharing and, where applicable, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.
How to submit a request
Send the request to contato@soguia.com.br with the subject Privacy / LGPD, stating the right you wish to exercise and enough information for us to locate the account and securely confirm the requester's identity. The request is reviewed under the LGPD and the specific circumstances; some data may need to be retained where there is a legal obligation or another legitimate retention basis.
Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of the account and associated data. Before deletion, we may need to confirm your identity. Certain records may be retained where required by law, needed for the regular exercise of rights, or supported by another lawful retention basis.
Request security
To protect the data subject against fraudulent requests, additional verification information may be requested. Do not send passwords through the support channel.
National Authority
If the data subject cannot exercise their rights directly with the controller, they may use the official channels of Brazil's National Data Protection Authority, in accordance with applicable law.
