1. Purpose of Classifieds
SóGuia Classifieds is a publishing space that allows users and advertisers to post offers for goods and services. SóGuia provides the publishing and discovery infrastructure and, unless expressly stated otherwise, is not a party to negotiations between the advertiser and an interested person.
2. Advertiser responsibility
The advertiser is responsible for the truthfulness, legality, updating and accuracy of the listing information, including description, price, item condition, location, images, contact methods and other published characteristics. The advertiser must have the legal authority to offer the advertised good or service.
3. Prohibited content
Illegal, fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory or offensive content, content that violates third-party rights, and listings for items or services whose offer is prohibited or restricted by applicable law are not permitted. SóGuia may reject, suspend or remove listings that violate these rules, the law or platform security.
4. Transactions and payments
Before completing a transaction, the user should verify the advertiser’s identity, the conditions of the product or service, the delivery method and payment details. When payment and delivery occur directly between the parties, SóGuia does not receive or administer those amounts and does not guarantee completion of the transaction, without prejudice to any responsibilities that the law may assign to the platform.
5. Moderation and fraud prevention
SóGuia may use moderation and security procedures to reduce abuse, but approval or continued publication of a listing does not represent certification, a guarantee of origin or a recommendation of the advertiser, product or service.
6. Reports and corrections
Users and rights holders may report suspicious, incorrect or potentially unlawful listings through SóGuia’s contact channels. The request must contain enough information to identify the listing and understand the reason for the complaint. Content may be reviewed, restricted or removed as appropriate.
7. Personal data
Processing of personal data related to Classifieds follows SóGuia’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Avoid including personal data in listing text or images unless it is necessary for the offer.
8. Copyright and trademarks
The advertiser must use only text, photographs, logos, trademarks and other materials that they are authorized to publish. Additional rules are described in the Content, Images and Copyright Policy.
9. Consumer relations
When a transaction constitutes a consumer relationship, the rights and duties provided by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code, remain applicable according to the nature of the relationship between the parties.
